We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process your personal data, if necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship or for the duration of individual services as well as beyond that in accordance with the statutory retention provisions and documentation obligations or as long as we have a legitimate interest in storing them to defend against any liability claims.

At Neuburger, your data will be provided to those departments or employees who need it to fulfil contractual and/or legal obligations and to safeguard legitimate interests. In addition, processors commissioned by us (e.g. IT service providers, advertising agencies) receive your data if they need it to perform their respective tasks. Data processing agreements have been concluded in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

Some of the above-mentioned recipients are located outside your country or process your personal data there. We only transfer your personal data:

– to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection (including companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), or

We delete the data generated in this context as soon as storage is no longer necessary or there are statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

VI. CONSENT AND RIGHT OF REVOCATION
